I am using dual-core processor, 2 GB RAM, 64 bit OS windows7 home basic. I am facing a problem from last 1 month, my PC hangs, not responds quickly, can't play songs while copying a DVD. Please suggest me the way to increase PC stability and performance.

I have here a hard drive that needs repair. The problem of this hard drive is that it has so many bad sectors in it, and I'am already tired of formatting my PC.
