I am trying to install my new scanner for my desktop computer. The scanner is Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300i Mobile. The procedures we are following was from the manufacturer itself. We installed properly the software and driver provided by the manufacturer. We connected the USB device on the time it asked us to do so. We tried to run a test with it but by the time that we connected it showed device not recognized. Is it scanner issues or with my computer’s USB port? Can you help us resolve this issue? Thank you!

I am a digital artist and would like to ask you what could be the problem of my NeatDesk Desktop Scanner. I loaded an image to be scanned. I have at least 20 images to scan. I know that this scanner can be of heavy duty workloads. After my work, I tried to turn it off, it didn’t respond and continuously showed blinking power light. I checked the connection and made sure that I am all done. Still the same. I have to unplug the cord to turn it off. Give me ways on how to resolve this problem? Thank you!

Would like to ask for your help with my scanner NeatDesk Desktop Scanner. I am on the middle of copying legal documents and it keeps on restarting and takes very long time before it performs the task. I usually restart it and or unplugging and plugging back on the connector. It will work fine for a few minutes and it will happen again. I tried to check the connections, or even tried it to a known good power source, still the same. Can you give me ways on how to resolve this problem? Please provide me alternative options also. I just bought recently this scanner. At first I was able to use it without any issues or glitches. Few days ago I noticed that some of my printed documents took a very long time to be scanned and copied. I just ignored it because I thought that is the usual speed of this scanner. It gets more annoying that all documents even in black and white only takes at least 5-10 minutes to be copied. Is there any problem with this scanner? What could be causing this problem? I bout this new CCD Barcode Scanner. I am using it to develop a sales system. I’ve been having difficulties using it with my sample products. Sometimes it cannot recognize right away the barcodes for the items. Especially if the product is kind a wet. I tried to unplug and re-plug it from my desktop computer, still it takes time for it to recognize a barcode. What could be the cause of this issue? Has it something to do with my program codes or is it in the device itself? Can you provide me instructions on how to resolve this problem?
