I just downloaded and install the latest version of Adobe Photoshop but now I am unable to load Multiprocessor Support module. It says “Multiprocessor Support module because it does not work with this version of Photoshop”.

I am looking for an expert’s advice to get the suggestion to resolve this problem.

I attempted to open my project using Adobe Premiere Pro but the program closed and got the following error message “Sorry, a serious error has occurred that requires Adobe Premiere Pro the shutdown.

We will attempt to save your current project”. How can I avoid this error message?

I am a new user of Mac Operating System and recently installed CS5 on my Mac (OS X version 10.6.8 with 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3).

Everything is working fine except Photoshop and giving me the following error message saying “An unexpected and unrecoverable problem has occurred. Photoshop will now exit”.
