I am interested to learn web development.

But Due to my office, I have not enough time to go to an institute to learn web development during working hour.

It will better if I learn web development from home through a website or a e-learning site.

Is there having any e-learning website to learn web development from home?

What is joomla for web development? I don’t know how to develop a web by using any application like-HTML, PHP, CS4 but if I direct want to learn joomla for web development. Is it will be feasible for me? From where I can free download & install it? how easy I can learn it, Please describe to help me.

I'm developing a website for local tourism in our place. The website features tourist spot and tourist oriented related establishments in our locality. It also show the location of this places in the map with geographical information system. But I also want to show the visitors where they are currently located so they would see how far they are from this tourist spots and destinations. I want to trace their current location by their IP address. I've seen many website done this but I have no idea. Hope you could answer my question.

I have change upload_max_size to 300M while the post_max_size to 600M in php.ini. Now, I have made an upload script and try to upload some files. I've uploaded a file of about 100MB which is lower than my upload_max_size so i thought it would be ok. When I try to upload it i got this error message  "UPLOAD_ERR_INI_SIZE error".

Can anybody tell me what's with this error.

Masters web please help me, I am having problems with my new hosting I bought four days ago, when I open the files were the PHP extension (index.php, etc.) via the browser should display the file, but instead downloaded (but if the file can open the html file). I've contacted the web hosting, but there was no response.

Order history clear cache etc. I've tried, but it still remains. My hosting using PHP version 5.2.17, the masters please help me, please. Thanks

I'm developing a social website that enables user to upload photos. What I want is when the user upload the photo, the system detects faces.
