How can I create multiple printer profiles , one for color, one for drafts e.t.c.? I went to the Device and Printers section of my PC that runs Windows 7. I tried creating such profiles but they are not being displayed anywhere so maybe I did something wrong. Can you please tell me the correct way to do so? Also tell me how to dissociate, open and save those individual profiles so I may be able to use them wisely.

I have an HP Deskjet D2545 printer which is giving me a lot of problems, it was working well with Windows 8 and when I upgraded to Windows 8.1 PDF documents stopped printing, all other kinds of printing are working okay but PDF's are not working at all, I have upgraded the drivers, I have reinstalled Windows again and nothing works, what could be the problem?

I am using a colour printer which is working fine with PDF files but for a Word file, the photos attached to the file are being printed black and white. The text is being also printed in its particular colour but not the photo. Why is this happening? How can this problem be solved? I have reinstalled office but still the same problem persisted. I occasionally print my lectures, assignments etc but this is once in a while. I noticed that the cartridges run out quickly. Let’s say much quicker that they opt to be. Is there a way I can preserve the cartridges to last longer keeping in mind that I am an infrequent user?

I recently bought a Photosmart C4795 Printer and connected it to my PC. Problem is that whenever I print a document the print out comes out partially printed. It is like some images, text and other details are randomly skipped. Is this an issue of settings? How can I set it to print a document fully? I tried it on another PC and got same results.

I get the following error message when try to install this printer’s driver. I downloaded the HP printer’s driver from the official website but it gave me the fatal error during installation. I downloaded this driver from other trusted website but the same error message appeared. I checked all the cables which were connected properly to the printer then why I am getting this error? Is this problem with the printer or driver? I really need your help.
