I know the procedure but how can I shift and get back online?

My website is operating in Xenforo 1.0.4 and I am thinking to shift in new script 1.1.0 Beta 3 also user base and their images. 

But post and other things doesn’t support new script. Is there any way , if yes then how?

With the use of  COBOL program and SPF/PC I was able to render the output files in the form of .txt ,when I open these files with Notepad ++ or PS Pad, the hexadecimal ‘20’ reduces to ‘9’ but if I use another application like SPF/PC the hexadecimal remains the same.

What could be wrong? I just need to finish this. I would be glad if anyone can help so that in the future if these problems may exists, I can fix things out.

I wrote a batch file that could open a Telnet Session. How do I modify  the batch file to automatically  set my  login user name and password  so that I don’t have to type my username and passwords every time I want to login into the session?

I drew a text box using visual designer. I inserted a text in the text box and it looked okay but when I did a preview on the page, the text appeared on two lines. It was like the text was compressed   by the text box. I thought that the text box is small for the text. So I enlarged the text box but still the text cannot fit in. The text is a paragraph title. How do I fix this problem?    

I have a Custom Message Dialog Box that is working well. But I can’t get the message Box to be where I want. I want it to be at the left center but it has stuck in the center of my dual monitor, I have tried to place it where I want using the Code below
This is how I have entered the codes:
    Me. Left = (Screen (0).Available Width – Me. Width) * .065                    Me. Top = (Screen (0).Available Height – Me. Height) *
Is this the procedure or how am I supposed to do to get the Message Box where I want?

I do have a site under construction and I am hesitant to use php programming compared to java programming.I was more introduced to java but what else can a php do to my site?

My website is an exlcusive knowleged base forum to students and teacher in our school, they will interact in that site, one can send private message, upload pictures and share it  to different users.

Here is the question:

The website has a profile page, what can a php do to let the profile picture be croped in accordance to the desire of the user, can you give me the code for it? and what kind of php programming editor can I use?

I am hoping for a good respones to this matter.
