I don’t know that in which language code IE is written but as I see this error message I think it is written in C++ language.

But that’s not my problem I got this unusual error today when I was exploring some web pages.

After the exploration I closed the IE by task manager and then it gave me this error that this is an unusual way to turn it off.

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Visual Basic Code printing bold text direct on the printer.

I am using the Open file command in visual basic to print text direct on the printer.

Here’s the sample code

Open “LPT1” for output as #1

            Print #1, “This was sent to printer”

Close #1

The program works but I want it in bold. I am using EPSON LX-300 dot matrix printer.

Please help! I need this to print a receipt.

I don’t want to use the printer control.

Sorting of directory listing in Command Prompt.

I am using the Command Prompt to display the list of my files in Windows Explorer is vulnerable to MALWARE.

What I want to happen is to display my direct listing in descending order without adding the parameter /O-D.

I want to just type the command DIR, and it will automatically display the file listing into descending order.

Please help.

Clipper Program Terminates when printing reports in Windows 7

I am currently maintaining the clipper program which is running under the DOS Interface.

Before we are using Windows98 and the system was installed before I was employed in this company.

The programs work fine until before we upgrade our computers and migrate to Windows 7 operating system. 

The program still running but in some parts like creating of reports, the program terminates itself and return to DOS prompt.

Anyone here knows how to solve the issue?

I have a desktop PC running windows XP Pro. I have tried to install the Microsoft .net Framework version 1.1 without success. I first tried to install it as an update from the Microsoft site without success.

Later, I decided to download the setup and install it manually. The installation started off well enough but on finishing it gave me an error saying, "Application had generated an exception that could not be handled." See the error below:

I’m using the Flex Grid control in my program using Visual Basic 6. How can I populate and edit the data in Flex Grid?

I have 6 fields ID, Last name, First name, Middle name, Course, and Year in which all of these must be editable.

I am using DAO to an Access database.

I was running a program that uses the .Net framework and suddenly it stopped and prompted this: "Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue.

The application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. Unspecified error."

How will I prevent this prompt from appearing in the future?

Also according to the prompt, I still can continue by ignoring the error message but they give me chills.
