I backed up the certificate trust list before re-installing Windows XP SP3, the extension of the backup files is STL.

After the reinstalling completed, I imported them to my desktop, but there was an error message generated.

It meant that they are not compatible with OS.

Could you please let me know the reason and show me the way to fix the problem.

I have put up a survey website to aid the needs of our top consumers. Now, to make some forms I have Google docs to help me. I was pretty satisfied with the performance it is giving me and I have no problems with it. However, I want upgrade my survey and make use branching questions in which Google docs does not offer. Our company has decided to use Mercury Quality Centre (QC)to test our projects. As the test manager my responsibility includes creating test plans and test cases. I have already created my data using MS Word.

I also tried to install the Microsoft word add in. But failed. After going through the web I found that I needed to format my data according to specified format, before exporting to QC.

Please help me by providing instructions on install the MS word add-in and how to export from MSword to QC; especially how to format the data properly before exporting to QC.
