I have to always restart this scanner to make it work properly. After doing such step, it will continuously show blinking light and will not continue to scan any document. The part of the scanner where the plug is located, it is always hot. Could this be the cause of my problem or something else? Please provide me expert advice on how to resolve this issue, what are my alternative solutions that can be used, and what to do if this keeps on happening?

This scanner keeps on disconnecting even if it is properly connected while working. Please explain to me what are the factors affecting it and causing it? Does the glass inside this scanner or any scanner, what type of glass is that? If it's broken can I just replace  it with a  normal glass with the same thickness? Give me more information on the climate that it can hold. With extreme weather condition, does it also affect the performance of this device?

I just bought this new scanner. I am trying to install it with my desktop unfortunately the device cannot be recognized by the computer. I would like to ask help for our printer. Can you give us proper resolution for this? Everything seems to be okay and just recently it acted this way. We didn’t installed any device or software. The scanner keeps on disconnecting even though the USB port is properly disconnected. Can you give us resolution with this problem? Can you provide us alternative ways on how to do this?
