When I enter CD in DVD writer to setup windows, it does not setup. The computer start automatically with previous version.

I tried the plextor toolbox download, but I am not sure if it is working as it should be.  I tried updating it to the higher version but it just keeps on going back to the update button. I tried using AVG Free since my Kasperksy license is about to expire in a month but after installing it, Google chrome seems to slow down and some sites don't even load.
