Can you explain why my Netgear router will only allow me to connect to a my WiFi with a hexadecimal password? There is no option to use ASCII characters.

I'm on ubuntu 10.04. I would like to eliminate recurring problems demand the password it becomes very annoying and not fun at all.
I'll take any advice that could make me remove this annoying permanent demand.

I have used nod32 in the past because it's free and it's not affecting the performances of my laptop, but i have heard it is not reliable in terms of security. Like computer hijacking and getting infiltrated. How secure is Nod32? Is itsafe?

When i try to start certain applications that require Internet, I get an error message that displays, unable to communicate with the VPN Subsystem and it says check that your network is active. However my network is active but everytime i open this applications i get the same error message.

I purchased two Linksys RV042 that is capable of creating gateway to gateway connection so I can fuse our two offices and use the Software's on our server. The Tunnel is connected but we can't use the software.

Is it due to my two routers network address of 192.168.1.0? or Something else?
