I need help. The System Restore cannot restore. The updates are the same. Please help.

At home I share my personal computer with other member of my family.

I want my personal folders and files password protected from others .

Can I do this with Windows Operating System?

If not, is there any other competent software to do that.

On my PC, I have installed Avast Antivirus and USB Disk Security.

I have some folders in my computer that I want to restrict others to open it due to its confidentiality. I don't see any options how to restrict folder by a password on right-clicking on it. Please help, I need it badly.

How do I uninstall folder guard correctly?

I used folder guard to have some restrictions on some of my files but don't need it anymore.

I tried to remove the program through F8 (Safe Mode) during reboot but the program ask for password which was set by a technician, unfortunately he is not anymore available.

My Yahoo account from USA was accessed illegally and I can't seem to open it again. I tried every possible ways to answer the security questions with the one I entered when I created my Yahoo but it is not working anymore. How can I fix it and recover my account?

Configuring the Group Policy of the local computer and configuring the Group Policy of Active Directory, will these make conflict when user logged in to their account?

I notice that even if the Active Directory Group Policy has been configured, you can still configure the Group Policy of the local computer and still has effect in the computer. So does this mean that Active Directory Group Policy can be bypassed by the Windows Operating System?

Anyone can access a Gmail account anonymously by answering some normal security questions.

Then, how can Gmail accounts be more secure?

I have a problem in setting some security to my workstations.

I have two email accounts in Yahoo. In my old account, there are more than 800 spams while in my new account, not more than five. What is wrong with my old email account? How can I stop receiving spam and how can I avoid spam for my new email.
