Hi Guys,
I am Julie Payton and in my line of work, I was just recently encouraged to do work from home every Monday. Well, it is an advantage for me as I usually feel lazy getting up every Monday, I don’t know why. Anyway, enough with my introduction and let me tell you my issue. It is my first time for me to do work from home, but I am encountering an error 800 with my VPN.
It says that I am unable to establish the VPN connection. First of all, I am using a Windows XP Professional Machine. I am sure that my server name is correct. And, of course, I do have a good internet connection. Since I am not a technical person, I do not know what else to check other than those I have mentioned. I will appreciate it if someone can help me with this concern.

My VPN server is rejecting client connections.
I have double checked my VPN settings, and I can't figure out why it denied the connections.
This works for 4 days then suddenly connections died for some reason.
I tried rebooting the main router that handles the VPN connection, but it didn't help.
This really a critical problem for me because a lot of people at work will be affected by this.
We have been trying to fix this matter for a week now.
I have been trying to Google it and can't find anything that works for me.
Your solutions would be most appreciated.

Hi guys,
I am using a Compaq laptop with XP installed on it and experiencing a Trojan issue related to its usage. Actually, a few months ago it kept saying that I had a Trojan and it was affecting my computer. After ignoring, it kept telling/indicating me that I needed to get this Window Antivirus software for risk free protection.

I am receiving an error when I tried to open .EXE files.
The error is: System Error
Exe file is corrupted and can’t be run. Hard drive scan required.
I then performed a full scan with my system anti virus, but found no error or signs of virus.
After scanning, while I am on my normal window, It says that my system is still infected.
I tried to use anti malware to scan my system, It detected different infected objects that are not very familiar to me.
When the scan is done, my computer shut itself down.
I booted from Windows Advanced Options Menu to boot safe mode.
I am trying to clean the temp folder where Smart Defragmenter stores its file. But I could not reach it.

I changed my admin password because a lot of people are using my pc. Unfortunately, I forgot what it was and now I cannot access my desktop. I have a lot of important files in there.
Windows 7 is my OS and Acer is the brand of my pc. Now I’m regretting that I changed it. My pc is useless at the moment. I hope there is somebody there who can help me. I tried entering the password a couple of times and I’m locked out.
Can system restore possibly fix this?
I doubt it and never tried it before.

When I am trying to open my Windows Firewall an error is appearing instantly, the error code id is 0x6D9. This error occurred after deleting webroot antivirus from my system.
I'm starting to receive an alert that my firewall has been turned off. While I was trying to turn my firewall on, this error appears. I was just about to change my anti virus that's why I deleted webroot. The other security software installed on my computer is a trial version of Norton 360 which came as a pre installed software when I bought my computer. But I still disabled it. Then reboot my system. It doesn't work.

Problem is there I can not connect VPN to this modem. When I open VPN and click to the connect button it remain stopped.
But It is urgent to change my IP address.
Can anyone say me why it does not work.
Also how can I change my IP without spend money?
