I have multiple overseas employees working for me. Of late, I have been disturbed in my sleep by employees trying to reach out to me at all possible times for discussions. How can I ensure that people don’t call me at late hours? What can I possibly do so that people know what time zone I am in before they call me? 

What would I need to make a Skype call to a person overseas? Can I Call a Skype user from another country (international) for free? Can I call a normal phone (mobile or land phone number) from Skype? Is this free or will Skype charge me for this? Is the rate cheaper than calling card rates? 

I would like to start conversation simultaneously with a set of people, say like to discuss some homework, etc. How do I do this with Skype? Also, I would like to transfer data in the form of files to this set of classmates. What would be the easiest way to do this?

I have signed up for Skype already but no one is able to find my name in Skype .What are the details that need to be filled in my profile so that the Skype finds me when a search is conducted? How can I ensure that the search results do not yield multiple results when someone searches for me?

I am unable to hear my caller on Skype. What are the things that I need to check for? What is the Skype Test Call? Is it the same as the Echo Sound test service? I don’t see this listed in my Skype. How can I access it? I am using Windows XP. How can I configure it to make Skype work? 

How does Skype works in imo.im and im+ services? Any guesses? I think there is only 3 ways:

1.Runing many copies of Skype client for each connecting client on server.

2.Runing many copies of Runtime from Skype Kit for each client on server.

3.Reverse-engineering of Skype protocol.

(Yes i know that 1 and 2 is illegal) Has anyone any information?

I’m having problems registering with the Skype Affiliate Program.If I am having problems with the Skype Affiliate registration process (for example, I can’t see an image on a registration page) then What should i do ? Does blocking cookies on my computer works or there may be another reason in registering with Skype affiliate programs?

I formatted my Pc just two days ago and now slowly installing all required softwares now when I installed skype and trying to use it firewall is blocking it. Hi guys, I use skype for personal and professional use to though personal use is not a problem but most of the clients give project details only through skype and this is really a concerned problem that I'm unable to hear the other party voice on skype when connected headphones or nor I'm unable to hear the voice is not there but my client is able to hear me.This problem is only with skype not with other application softwares as when playing games and listening music the voice is great with and without headphones.Please help me ASAP
