Hello,

We are not able to log on to a newly installed Cognos Dispatcher version 8.1.  While logging into Cognos report studio, we get the following error message:

"The function call to 'CAM-AAA-Authenticate'  failed. Reason:"

We are not even getting the login page. As a temporary fix, we have resorted to restarting Cognos services at regular intervals.

Can anyone help us to define some approach on this.

I am having a problem by using  virtual box. I have not used it before and after installation and configuration. Whenever I tried to run the machine, I was greeted with the following error.

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Windows 7.

Hello dear friends,

I am trying to play some media files, but my player is giving me an error and not playing those files.

The files are some training videos downloaded from the internet. One of my friend tried them on his pc running windows, and he said that, he is able to play them fine.

But in my case, I get the below mentioned error, while trying to play those files.

I am getting an error on my mobile phone.

After I updated my firmware in my cell phone to 202.12.01 ,I downloaded the maps application from this link :

 But I can’t install the application of maps on my phone

I got the following error.

“System Error: Resource Conflict – Do you want to run Setup?”

When I click on “Run Setup”, is goes the setup at startup and then the computer starts up. Then the same error comes up. When I click on “Boot”, it boots the computer the normal way and starts up. My problem is that the error keeps coming up and I can’t seem to get the computer to operate.

When I go to “Safe Mode” I still can’t make any changes as such. How do I get rid of this error? What should I do to get my computer to run in the normal way?

I am using Imesh for a long time and have only been focusing on audios. Now I got interested in music videos and I would watch it in Imesh. What I want is , not to stream the video in Imesh but to watch the video in youtube. The problem is if I click the link, the Internet Explore opens up, not my default browser. I would prefer using other browser rather than IE. So, now how can I change the browser that Imesh will connect to?

I have a new video in MKV format and I tried to play it in my DVD player. It didn't play. This is not the problem btw. i know my DVD player will definitely play an avi format video, so I tried to convert the MKV file. When I played the converted file, the subtitles became so big that it fills the whole screen, but in the MKV format the subtitle is normal. How can I retain the size of the subtitles?

I have an Online Video Hunter v2.3 and I have used it for a very long time. Lately I have noticed that, whenever I am using the software, the flash videos in my browser (I use Google chrome) suddenly hangs for a while, then just display in black and I can't download the video anymore. Sometimes it is ok and sometimes it is not. What's wrong with the software?

I have media player classic build 1.4.1.2834. I play avi, and mp4 files in this player, and works everytime. Then when I play a new movie, the screen is showing green, but I can still hear the audio. Why didn't it show the video even though it's a mp4 file and same as my other files that played well? How can I fix this?
