How can be converted a image into .jpeg extension format?

This image can't be read clearly, but the file format stated as file.php. I got that file when uploaded some pictures from my flash drive. But before that I was able to grab some pictures coming from the net site.

After the actions as I checked on my pictures, the file format was changed. How on earth can I changed into jpeg? I cannot view the content of the file the pictures.

If you have any idea with regards to the error, can you please post it here so that I can learn what is exactly the error is.

I installed Windows Virtual PC along with Windows XP Mode on my computer having specs of Pentium core I 5 second generation processor with 4 GB RAM running Windows 7.

When I try to configure Windows XP Mode in Windows Virtual PC, following error messages appears.

Hardware-assisted virtualization is disabled

Please follow these steps to enable hardware virtualization:

-Restart the computer and enter BIOS setup.

-Save BIOS setting.

– Power off the computer, wait for few seconds and start the computer.

I want to upgrade SCOM SP1 to R2 Multi server environment, RMS and remote SQL 2008 SP1 Server.  But I am experiencing some problems or rather errors during the upgrade process – see the error below.

Hi experts,

I have my Nokia N95 phone. I did not know that, I can transfer my pictures and other files to my computer using the installation CD that came with it, when I purchased it.

Yeah I know I’m an idiot,  but that’s fine I really need some help with this error that I keep on getting, when I open up the Get connected wizard of my Nokia PC Suite. It’s my first time to use this software and I have the latest version because I updated it during installation.

I have my phone connected to my computer, but still this error keeps on showing. I would really appreciate it,  if someone could show me how to fix this.

Can anyone please help me with this? I have tried to solve this on my own, but certainly I can’t. I am using Bluetooth dongle.

I use this because I read many positive reviews on the internet. I can transfer files on my phone using a dongle without sweat, no errors or issues. But when it comes to using Nokia PC Suite, I cannot make a connection. It says media type is not supported.

I am using my Nokia C3 it seems like Nokia PC Suite cannot recognize my dongle. 

How can I fix this problem?

I hope you can help me out with my computer problem. This is not much urgent, but I will be happy if this issue is fixed here in TechyV.

My computer is operating on Windows XP Service Pack 2. I am not the one who encountered this problem, but its my sister. She is really fond of taking pictures and she told me that she got an issue with the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. She cannot rotate any of the images or pictures that she is viewing. I have tried to open some of my old pictures that I think I was able to rotate before, but even those did not work anymore.

Any advice?

I have problems with my NVIDIA graphics card. As soon install to your controller, the display starts flashing and nothing emerges and remains blank, but the system works well with normal VGA driver from the system. I don't want to install the original driver from NVIDIA and you want to continue working with the system controller, but as soon restart machine, XP automatically installs the NVIDIA driver. I want to make XP to install the driver without asking, how can I do it?

I have a deadline for my Visual Studio project, but I don’t seem to be making any progress since I cannot install Visual Studio 2008 SP1 on my computer.

I have downloaded the Visual Studio update from Microsoft site and tried to install it on my computer.

But when I try to run the generated exe file it gives me a pop up with message saying:
