I am an IT,  maintaining two PC servers in my office.  I have a  different backup for my PC server (win 2k3 and win 2k).  I use a cloning disk software and a Microsoft NT backup tools. 

The problem is,  how can I use these backups in the future if I have a motherboard or CPU breakdown? Definitely there wouldn't be a brand new motherboard with the same model if I had bought these CPU last 4 years ago. 

Can I transfer these backup in a different model but with the same brand of motherboard/CPU and with higher performance? Can you also recommend me a backup software for this type of problems?

I have a camera "Sony Cyber Shot DSC-HX100V 16.2 MP Digital". Two days ago I captured about 100 photos. Today I tried to connect it with my laptop but the memory is not showing any picture.

I can't understand the problem. Is the problem in my laptop or in the memory card (pictures are seen in camera but not in laptop)? Moreover, I use Antivirus in my laptop which did not find any virus.

Suggest me what should I do if there is a problem in memory card or my laptop?

I want to transfer my “Windows Installation” from one hard drive to another. I searched on the internet a found a method describing that I have to only copy and paste files. It tells me to Install the Windows system files to the new drive, you may go to the MS-DOS prompt and type SYS D: at the C> prompt."

I have currently installed Windows on drive C. And I want to transfer it on drive G. I try to do as mentioned above But I did not see any installation on drive G. Kindly inform me how to perform this task.

I used windows XP in my desktop computer with 80GB hard disk. But I have encountered a serious problem. My hard drive does not open when double clicking and as well as pressing enter button are used. Also, I can't access my drive and I can't do any work with out saving my file.

What can you suggest that I should do now to solve this problem?

In your case I don’t think that you are able to use the iPhone browser without the iPhone, because Normal browsers are expecting some facilities, but the iPhone browser won’t provide that facilities to use it separately.

Window kit of the iPhone driver is not matching with other browsers. It is not specified the 320 x 480 in size and also there is another option which other browsers don’t have is the maximum expendability of the scrolling option.

And plugins will not compatible with the normal browsers.

If you really want to run the iPhone browser separately just visit this site, they sometimes will give you an answer for this.

I have a problem with my external hard drive. Sometimes when I plug my external hard drive on my laptop, I get a message that my external hard drive needs formatting, but it didn't ask me before whenever I used my external hard drive.

It doesn't ask me every time. I regularly clean my external hard drive and do de-fragmentation. So I really don't know where the problem's at.

Can you please give me some more direction or help because, I have no idea what the problem might be or where to look for it.

I have faced a problem in my office, relevant to databases in SQL Server. For its rectification, I wanted to carry the two different  Databases to my senior, using a Seagate USB Drive about 320 GB storage capacity. Free space it contains is 60 GB.

But the two Databases Backups contains as under;

Database-01= 3.50 GB         Database-02= 19.40 GB

No error while copying the data into the device from my PC.  But while getting the data, Database-01 has copied safely and restored as well but in copying the Database-02, I got an error message :  Can not copy from Mass storage device,  after copying almost 95%.

Anyone who knows how to delete files in the recycle bin? I have a little trouble deleting files in the recycle bin because the files are consuming too much of my hard disk.

Also, the files are not visible, but opens in the properties folder in the amount of 200 Giga.

Please help.

I have an HP G60 laptop which I purchased on 2009. I forgot when it happened but the laptop suddenly stopped when I used it.. I tried to restart it, but a black screen appears with the words "Disk failure is imminent".

I browsed and tried Googling it. There were suggestions from forums that provided solutions to try HDD Regenerator. I tried these suggestions: I burn ISO to DVD and I tried to boot , then I scanned, it was more than these two bad sectors. I tried to repair it, but the failure continues.

I have no budget to buy a new laptop or buy a new HDD.

Anyone has a solution? Thank you in advance.
