Storage
I have a very important file in my laptop that I need to access. But the problem is, I forgot my administrator's password. I tried to login using my other username that has only limited access. Still. I failed to login even after I restart my computer and run it in safe mode. It is useless because I don't have an administrator account that I can use to login.
My folder is in-accessible in any way. I'm really running out of options here.
Can anyone help me on this.

Hi friends,
I am having a lot of problems with my flash drive. I don’t know if it is a problem of my flash drive or my system. I cannot copy files from that flash drive to my hard disk drives. But files can be copied into that flash drive. It’s a very embarrassing situation for me. Moreover, it is not being formatted in my PC while I am trying to format it. This is a new flash drive.
I bought it just few weeks ago. So, probably the problem is not in the flash drive (I am not sure). Sometimes the files on the flash are not showing properly. And some files are not being deleted while I am trying to delete them. Furthermore, the red led of the flash drive is flashing without downloading/uploading when.

Hello Guys!
I have been given a task by my boss to solve this problem.
All the computers, both desktop and laptop are automatically backed up to the server when they're connected to the network. And every night, the server is being tasked to tape backups. The problems are the laptops assigned for Finance Head and HR Head. Their laptops contained very sensitive files that need special treatment. And if it's possible, backup to another hard drive and not to the server.

Hello,
I have an HDD notebook with 160 GB IDE. Sometimes, I connect it to a USB port using external HDD Case. The problem is, several weeks ago, it was accidentally dropped by a friend of mine after he unplugged it from the USB port. And ever since it happened, every time I tried to plug it in to a USB port, it always make a clicking sound and cannot be loaded inside Windows. I have checked the BIOS and apparently, the HDD was recognized by the BIOS system. But after login to Windows system, it did not load properly.

I have several questions here, and I hope someone can provide me with the best solution .
- As a user of PC, how can I recover my data when my hard drive crashes?
- If the crash is not big, is it possible to recover the data trapped in the bad sector. And may I know if it is possible to fix the bad sector?
- If possible, how can it be done for a cheap cost??
- I have once seen that the scan disk of the Windows OS can fix some of the bad sectors. Is this true?
I have a hard drive of Samsung with a 250 GB which got some bad sectors, so it's urgent. Please give me an answer.

There are many video titles out on the market. I have been a regular purchaser of movies.
At the store I came across two new types, apart from the usual DVD titles.
They were termed HD-DVD and Bluray.
I am curious to know which one is best because both of them are a bit pricey!

I have an issue, while I am working with a team. I want to secure my data from being copied to any type of USB flashes. I just wanted to get the settings or information of having all the USB Flashes write protected, when I use them with all the other computers in my office.

DVD has region codes and Blu-Ray disks also have region codes. Are they the same or are they different? I am looking to purchase a laptop. The optical drive configuration can have a DVD or a Blu-Ray drive. I need to make the correct choice here.
