I have never performed a task like this, and I know for sure that there is a virus stuck in my PC.

Tried several antivirus software but nothing.

So I ask you guys, if you could explain to me how to debug a hard drive and get rid of this virus thing.

I have inaccessible files dvdrw disk. The disk has a few video files on it but when I open it, will just load for a long time and then give me the error message of "drag to disc. Read failure while accessing the media".
