I am a bit confused about CPU Cache and Ram..It is said  that L1 cache is faster than L2,L3 cache as well as Ram because it is smaller and less latency than any one,then why increasing RAM enhances the speed of CPU?

As we will increase RAM, then latency should be longer than small RAM size (e.g less latency of 512MB than 1 GB)…Instead of it we can increase cache size so that all instruction should be executed faster and with less latency, then why more RAM is included.

I have an external hard drive WD before one week it crashed, I have very important data there.

Since then am trying to recover the data, but before that I had to format the drive so I did, now am using power data recovery after I buy the full version, first I did damaged partition recovery it took like 8 hours after that I did lost partition recovery, it starts in a good way, But keep stopping at some point, after that the power data recovery software stop, and I get a message you have to format your drive. Am really confused, seems I won't be able to restore anything, I hope someone here may help.

I have learned that deleted email can be recovered. So I want to retrieve deleted emails free. But I think there is a problem. Usually deleting email does not get deleted forever. We can restore them. 

But I am looking for help about recovery emails those are deleted from trash folders too. Is there any solution. Actually I have deleted some emails forever in a argue but those were my memorable things. So please help me.

I just purchased a 32 GB Apacer Class 10 SD card with CPRM technology support for my HD images and videos.  Why can't my Windows 98 desktop read the SD card?  I tried it on another OS and it works.  Do I need to install Apacer SDHC driver?

I need to backup my whole MAC as I bought it 3 days before. It is not a brand new MAC , slightly used by its previous user but it is a new version as compared to old one. Now I want to clone my older MAC to this MAC , can I use carbon copy clone for this ? And is carbon copy Cloner automatic ? Means I do not want to do manually anything.
