I have started using the Tivoli storage manager for a week now. It was actually working well. But 3 days ago all my files got corrupted and as I felt I was lucky enough to have the storage manager, when I searched for the backup file to retrieve all my files, there wasn’t any. I was told that it has a dynamic recovery plan, so how do I use it? Is it possible that the Tivoli storage manager licenses have expired?

I have tried using FTP connection to Google storage PHP.

I used it to save my PowerPoint presentation so that I can be able to transfer it to another computer without using any USB cables.

The problem with it when I downloaded it is that the file was corrupted.

It was working though when I opened it from the computer I used to send it.

Could there be a possibility that there was something wrong with the way I transferred it to the Google storage?

I got a free SD corruption recovery tool that is supposed to recover the files (photos, videos, etc) on an SD card. However, it does not work. I am not sure if it is a scam, or just a virus thing (hopefully  not). They have an offer where I can get it for $50 to make sure that all types of files can be recovered. And I think, it's a marketing strategy. So, I want to know if you know of a similar tool for free which can recover any file type, specially Word documents. If you do, please tell me a little review on it.

I was using my computer and then this showed up: 0x000000ED Uncountable boot volume. What is this all about? I have tried restarting the computer but nothing happens.  What else should I do? I do not have the instillation disk.
