The DVDDL disc is not usable with Windows 7 backup. I am using DVD-R+ which is double sided to back up Windows 7. I have used once the same for back up and when I am trying to back up again on that disc it is saying it cannot back up to this disc. My DL drive is working properly, but the backup is not able to take again on the same disc. Is my disc full or is has a problem with my back up process? Please help me to get out of this problem. I will thankful for all the help and support.
Insert blanc disc
The disc you inserted is not blank.
Insert a disk and close the drive tray.

As I was doing my routine monthly hard drive swap, I noticed an unusual occurrence. I came to realize that upon shutting down the server and removing the hard disk, I somehow lost the boot sector on the /dev./md0. This has left ne with no other option but to boot from another server with the secondary Hard Disk being used to load data and Operating system (OS). I got this idea from the How to set up software RAID1 on a running LVM system guide. My fear is that I might lose data in md1 in the process of restoring the boot data to md0 followed by copying to /dev./sdb. The option of returning the replaced Hard Disk is out of the question as it will make me lose my back up. I have exhausted all I know. Can someone please help me?

I have a set of fifty folders of which I want to loop each number with an even odd sub folder.
I have already figured out the Zipping part. What is left to do is the provision of the directory paths for the delivery files.
My aim is to accomplish the storage in a 20 paths array.
Is there anybody here who can assist?
I will appreciate.

I have a problem with my hard drive partition. I have Lenovo Z460 laptop containing Windows 7 ultimate, and it has hard disk of the size 500gb. At the moment, I have 2 primary partitions and 2 logical ones but still my hard disk has 104gb free space which can be utilized by creating a new partition. But when I try to do it I got the error saying "CANNOT CREATE A NEW PARTITION. THE DISK ALREADY CONTAIN MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTITIONS".
I am looking for your nice suggestions to resolve this issue. Please help me out in resolving the issue.
Thank you so much!

I have installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my Lenovo Z460 machine. The total disk space on the laptop is of 500GB. I partitioned the disk and I got 2 primary partitions and 2 logical drives plus an unallocated space of 104GB. I want to create a new partition with this unallocated space, but I am unable to do it, as this message appears:
“Cannot create a new partition, the disk already contain maximum number of partitions”
Would anyone please help me with some advice?
Thank you in advance!

One of my records from my internal hard drive is not accessible. I just replaced the name to a local disk and everytime I clicked on it to open an error message pops up and says: "The disk in drive is not formatted. Would you like to set it up?” I do not want to format it because I would lose all data inside. Is there a workaround for this? Thanks.

I would like to add two Corsair SSDs in RAID 0+1. However, it is not possible to set up the RAID, as the Intel Matrix Storage ROM is unable to detect the SSD. Is it possible to reset the BIOS to add the Intel Matrix Storage ROM?
