Can someone suggest a program to enlarge photos without changing the quality? I tried to enlarge a JPEG image using the resize tool in Microsoft Office Picture Manager and the result was not good. The finished image became pixilated.

My PCI Simple Communications Controller is showing an exclamation mark in Device Manager, even after clicking update automatically, it's showing the same. I am using Windows 7 on my system, Please advice on how this issue arose and how to overcome this issue.
