System Utilities
Can you give me any help on how to get rid of the error: atidvag? I only install two new games on my computer, Sims2 and the Sims2 University, but there was another game installed and my PC just froze. That was also when I got the atidvag problem with a message that says "the file is damaged" or something like that.
Let me know how to fix this please.

Hello, I think that maybe my problem started when I upgraded CCC to the latest version. I am now getting an error and the message says "CCC encountered some errors while accessing files on the source or updating items on the destination". There’s also a notification that says "an error occurred while CCC was replacing this item on the destination". This affects /volumes/Lacie/Applications/superduper.app/content… and /volumes/Lacie/Applications/VLC.app/content resou…
Please give me some light on this. Thanks!

I was trying to install routing utilities (rtutils.dll) on to my PC when I encountered an error. I took a screenshot of the message and posted it below.
I really have no idea why I am unable to proceed with the installation and how I will be able to download it.
I hope someone will be able to give any suggestion on how I can resolve this.
Many thanks.

I have a WinZip file called RoboRealm which is 928KB. My WinZip Version is 1.7.22.1. But when I tried to open this 928KB file, it cannot be opened. It says it is not a valid archive. It is asking me to download the file again. Please send me valuable suggestions on how to deal with this kind of problem.
Any help is appreciated.

I'm trying to boot my Dell computer, but a pop up message appears stating that the Norton Anti-Virus (NAV) Auto-Protect "cannot locate the set up data". When I tried to boot into safe mode, I'm getting the same message. Anyone have a solution for this?

Good day!
I am looking for help in Adobe Flash Player.
My computer is in use for two months now and I did not face any problem with Flash Player during that period. Another application is asking to turn off user account control. After one week flash stopped. I have uninstalled earlier versions and installed the latest version.

The computer speed is very slow that it takes a period of time to start the system. If I open a page in the Internet, the antivirus and anti-spyware runs automatically and reboots my hard disk. What action should I take to resolve this?
Thanks.

I have run an anti-spyware but the pop-up still appears saying that my system is being attacked by a spyware. But why does it seem that I need more anti-spyware on my system now than before? Can anyone send me some ideas?

I was wondering if it’s okay to leave the computer open (I'm pointing to desk)? I've been doing this for the past 10 days. Is it protected or can cause possible damages to the hardware? Any suggestions?
