I  got rid of every file belong to old versions of SmartDefrag2 and AdvancedCare 5 and then installed the most up to date versions. AdvancedCare 5 works the same as it did, but SmartDefrag2 shows error message when I try to open it either from the icon or a link from AdvanceCare5. If I click on continue it will open the defrag, but performs slowly and eventually crashes.

I am using a freeware version of Recuva and I'm finding it difficult to recover a file I accidentally deleted. 

When I perform a scan it does recognize them, but I try to recover and get the following error message ("The device is not ready".)

Here are my machine details.

T60p ThinkPad, model 2623DDU and operating system is Windows 7.

System Update 4.03, the latest version has been installed on my system.

Anyway, I get an error shown in the screenshot as I try to start the application.

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x9fc (2556), Thread id=0x1a04 (6660).

Click OK to terminate the application. Click CANCEL to debug the application.

I completed the setup with ignoring the similar error.

Please give me your suggestions to fix this error.

Whenever I try to mount a NTFS drive, I’m getting this error message. From this message, what I could understand is that the MacFUSE kext kernel have failed to load.

I get the following error message when I click on Properties (from right-clicking top Gnome panel):

"The folder contents could not be displayed
Error stating file '/tmp/evince-6347': No such file or directory"

Then I would close the error window by clicking OK.
Some of these properties are locked down.

What should I do? I have a screenshot of the error below. Does anyone of you experienced this kind of error? Please show me how can I fix this. Thanks.

I only had a real problem on each Crystal Report I run just after I upgraded from 8.81 PL08 and 5.0.0.0 to 8.82 PL04 and 5.0.2.0. At first it seemed fine before I had it upgraded. But unluckily, my B1 user name is now supplied as the value in the selection box just when I run the Crystal Report.
