I have been working with some JAVA Code which used to identify cid of SD card but when I connect to my computer through via USB on Ubuntu OS the cid is not displaying means I am unable to do that on Ubuntu now I want a code which show cid SD card on Ubuntu or independently for any operating system kindly suggest some ways?

How do I properly image a drive using Ubuntu 10.10 on Windows 7 64 bit?  I read somewhere that Ubuntu Live CD only works on 32 bit systems.  How do I ubuntu backup img drive?

I have the latest version of Ubuntu installed in my 32 bit desktop machine, i.e. Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.I have Google Chrome as my default browser installed. When I visit web pages having streaming video files using Google Chrome, a message prompts on my screen telling me missing desired plug-in.

This error specially occurs when I try to play .WMA/.WMV extension files. I am thinking what do I need to install, in order to play streaming videos with audio correctly.

Just installed Samsung Kies on my pc.  I'm trying to transfer files using Ubuntu 10.10 to and from my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 with MTP Protocol.  It says "Error creating directory: -1: Unspecified error".  There used to be UMS option in older versions. When I run this program during the game, The program should click automatically. Dose any one know how doing this? Or I need to install some special software?
