How to check rs 232 console on Ubuntu is working or not? I have my mouse connected to RS 232 port but I don’t see the pointer moving. All the software is fine and installed properly.

How to install rhapsody player on Ubuntu or do I have to just satisfy myself with web Rhapsody only? I have tried it but not have been successful .

My Ubuntu was upgraded to Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty Narwhal). Before upgrading my Ubuntu I did not face any problem with VMware Workstation 7.1.3. Now it is giving an error message indicating

In Ubuntu 11.04 I tried to install .deb file from Ubuntu Software Center. I received an awful error message as the package is of bad quality. It also gives an additional information “The installation of a package which violates the quality standards isn't allowed. This could cause serious problems on your computer.

Please contact the person or organization who provided this package file and include the details beneath. ”

Have any idea for this problem?
