I used to have windows and Ubuntu operating system installed on separate partitions where I had grub and I could choose the operating system. Now after I reinstalled windows, grub does not come up anymore.

I still have Ubuntu on the other partition. 

Is there any way to choose the partition and I want to reactivate grub/edit boot partition?

What is the way  to do I can boot into Ubuntu instead of windows?

I am using Windows and I have heard that Ubuntu is very efficient operating system and all, and I was thinking about changing from windows XP to Ubuntu, but the truth is that, XP setup system is a very easy for me but I have absolutely no clue as for how to do setup ubuntu, can anyone help me with this?

I am using the Varian of Ubuntu Linux. And started to try virtual machine software (it's virtualbox ). I had a problem everytime I start it, this warning message appears :

I setup Ubuntu last week. Though i know it doesn't support the .exe(executive) files. And then found their software center to get started with Linux.. I setup GMAMEUI(Emulator) but it doesn't found any games but still show me that game is downloading. Is there anybody could help. How to use GMAMEUI Emulator??? I wasn't play any game? Do i need to load rom or download ? What is it?

This "Searching for drivers" dialog box getting stuck there. Is this a hardware problem with my desktop? Because when i tried to same thing in my laptop i didn't had any trouble of doing it.

But in my desktop i can't do this changes.
