I was using my Windows XP yesterday but when I tried to move files from one location to another, I got an error message. The error message says

"This error message indicates that the PCK/Obsidium virus found in Tera copy software folder."

I tried to look for virus files on the tera copy folder but I found none. How can I find the virus so I could continue with moving my files to another location? If anyone has a solution to this problem sharing it would be a great help. Thank you.

Something is wrong with the Avira Antivirus I have installed on my computer. It is not able to update the virus database. When I click on update, it would only scan for an update and eventually would give an error that it failed to download the update. I tried to update it several times but it always gives the error.

Please help.

How can I update my version?

I am trying to uninstall the Trend Micro on my computer because my license has expired, and I am not renewing my subscription at the moment. I went to Control Panel to uninstall the program. After it was uninstalled, the computer prompted me to restart it which I did for 3 times.

However, it still has not been uninstalled successfully. I tried to uninstall the program through the Programs menu on Start but then again, it was unsuccessful. 

I know it is not a problem with the application because I had uninstalled the same program on another computer without any problem. So I decided to just install the AVG 2012 Free version, but it was still unable to install.

I have installed Norton Internet Security 2012 on my Windows XP computer. I normally scan files and documents that I submit on the Internet using Norton. Today, I have observed that Norton is disabled without me telling it to hide.

I tried to open the application but it does not do anything. After a while, I tried the autofix, but an error 8504,101 popped up. I did what was instructed to fix the error and I can now see the RNR for Norton on my desktop. I tried to open that shortcut, but I get a message saying "Could not gather details about the layout or license."

Windows Defender is not working properly on my computer. It is always disabled. Every time I try to enable it, it would automatically disable without me clicking it. Basically, it disables itself once it is manually enabled by the user. I need your help with this problem. Thank you!

I am currently receiving an error message saying that the System extension cannot be used.

The error message is shown below:

The system extension "/Applications/ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.app/Contents/uesets/kext/10.5/esets_kac.kext" was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product's vendor for an update.

Can someone provide a solution to my problem?

During the Installation of Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security 2012 an error message appears "Installation Incomplete". The image below shows the screenshot of the problem.
