Hello, I am with my NIS2010 to resume after a system problem. NIS2010 shows an error called, “need to fix.” When I press the repair button it says, “sonar problem, cannot be repaired.” The result from Forum search reveals a proposal to re-install to fix the problem. I can clean up my computer using the Norton Removal tool and reinstall the software but the original CD of mine contains a very old version. Does this have any link to the problem?  Can I use it to obtain and install the NIS2010? Will it work with my license key latest version?

I have installed BitDefender Version 3.5 and have been using it for less than 5 months.

Recently, it does not connect to the Management server and gives out an error message: "Error connecting to the BitDefender Management Server.

I am getting a couple of warning messages using Kaspersky Internet Security 2012. One error says

"License: Problem detected", and another would say “Databases: Corrupted".

I am clueless with these things, and I badly need your help to remove these messages and solve the problem.

Maybe I’ve loaded viruses on my pc forgetfully and there is Norton Internet Security 2011, installed but still it can’t ensure the security. When I’ve tried to fix the problem it appears with an error message which is:

 “ORDINAL could 383 be installed in the Dynamic Link Library…. Iertutil. Dll.”

I know a little about the computer and I’m trying to learn. That is why I can’t fix the problem. Can anyone please, help me to fix it up?

I wanted to run EICAR.COM to check if my antivirus is properly working, but it shows me the following error message shown in the image.

I’ve already anticipated this as EICAR is a DOS process and cannot perform on Windows 8 operating system. The weird thing is my antivirus pops up a dialog box saying it has detected a virus. Why is this so? Please help. Thanks a lot.

My Windows 7 computer originally had a Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security 2011 version 3.0 installed on it. However, after installing Service Pack 1 on the computer, I encountered a problem in reinstalling Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security 2011 3.0.  It does not install and instead, gives out the error code: #0, 3002, 0x000. I am encountering a problem when I am trying to install AVG version 2011 in my computer. When the installation is done, almost to 75%, an error message appears as “error code 0xc0070643”. The same problem occurs each time I am making an attempt to install the AVG. Can somebody help me fix this issue? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I have got myself Symantec Anti-Virus updated version i.e., 8.0. All I want is to install it in my personal computer and set my computer system so that it acts as an Anti-Virus Server platform. But during installation process it results in an error message saying the following string.
