Hello,

I've been using HiJackThis to virtually remove any browser hijackes and spywares. However, sometimes this software mistakenly detects a software a hijacker or a spyware and I have accidentally deleted it myself. How can I restore the files I accidentally deleted and is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future?

Our AVG enterprise license has just expired, so it is time for us to explore other enterprise-level anti-virus. I'm looking for an anti-virus that has the following features:

Superb anti-virus and spyware removal

Automatic virus definition update (no need to confirm whether I need an update or not)

Can be monitored online using either a smart phone or a remote pc.

Does anyone have recommendations? I would love to hear some!

I'm quite confident that my software firewall, which is installed by default in my computer, has done its job well. But why do we need a hardware firewall? Are there vulnerabilities in a software firewall that hardware firewall don't have? How will I know if I'll have to use a hardware firewall or stick to my software firewall?

Is it safe just to quarantine a virus? Or you really have to delete the quarantined virus? What is the best thing to do? What if the files infected are important?

Usually, an non-encrypted download URL is something like this one: http://www.domain-name.com/download/, but when I get my own encrypted download link to provide more security, I get a very long download URL (I wish I can send a screenshot but I don't know how to do it) that usually goes for two lines long.

This can be a bit annoying for anyone to copy or click to. How can I shorten my encrypted URL so that it displays like a standard URL link but is actually encrypted?

I want to registrar nod32 software for free. I had a soft that gave me the license for 1 year but the nod soft has been deleted by the nod32 soft by scanning. 

Now I'm unable to install it again to my pc.

I have Adaware as my anti-spyware application but I'm starting to have serious trust issues with it. Can anyone suggest a better anti-spyware that I can use? What's the best one I can use for business?
