My computer has a Virus-Network Worm pop up, that keeps showing up on my toolbar also says Network-iVirusfp what do you do to get rid of it?

I installed a Sophos Anti Virus long back, after a few days it started showing yellow lines blinking on Sophos Icon. What does these yellow lines mean?

I use STOPzilla and it works well.

But yesterday it was acting very funky.

Running slowly,wouldn't open program,outlook is not opening, had difficulty getting online etc are happening.

I have a live chat with STOPzilla.

They advised me to uninstall. After uninstalling the computer quit responding.

I have tried restore system, start in safe mood but failed. How to solve the problem?

 I have an updated anti-virus but how will I stop malwares in hijacking my documents and browsers?

I have two security softwares activated in my pc accidentally and it is causing trouble. I previously had kaspersky Internet security installed and recently I have installed Norton internet security which is causing the pc the to freeze and it does not enable me a single operation to begin with the startup. Kindly someone help me with this problematic issue.
