When I tried to decompress file MA.RAR by names in Farsi, I found an error in WinRAR. The error message is:

MA.rar with emails from infiltrated Iran statal server

password: opiranopiran

To extract, then I had to download 7zip, but there were no problems.

I am using Windows XP SP2 64-bit Operating System.

Hi guys. I need to run and start my Windows XP computer under safe mode.

I also tried to run an application when in safe mode but encountered a “Safe Run Error” in my KIS 2011 when scanning.

Is it not allowed to scan when in safe mode using KIS 2011?

I could not continue performing a full scan because of this. I need help.

When am trying to log into a gaming site, it wouldn’t let me connect. Then I went to edit my firewall and got the message. “To change the apple firewall settings, turn off the other firewall software”.

I want to know how I would do this when I didn’t even know if I had another firewall. Then I have searched for firewall and only found something.

I am facing a problem with anti-virus software. I am giving a concept of the problem. We are out of virus protection at our NFP for last 1 year. I am fresher and make attempt to solve it. I want to install update Symantec Antivirus Version 8.0 on my system to make it as an anti-virus server. After trying to install it, I am facing with a problem: “The feature that you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable”. It informs me that I am able to enter a different path. Mainly, after clicking cancel (I have to done it because all other option I have tried), I received this error message:

I’ve been trying to run LiveUpdate and Norton Recovery Tools in my Norton Internet Security folder but I keep getting the error I posted below. I tried to log on to my system with administrative rights as I followed an online instruction. And then I tried running LiveUpdate and Norton Recovery Tool again but it still gives the same error message. What is this error all about? Do you have any ideas on resolving it? Thanks in advance.

I upgraded to Norton Internet Security 2012.

After the installation, I run the program but the Norton AutoFix tool pops up with Error 8504, 104.

I tried to remove and reinstall again but I am not getting any successful solution.

When clicking on Close button, it will close Norton but when trying to restart again, AutoFix tool will start again.

How can I fix it?

I purchased Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 with the activation code included in the package.

I installed it correctly but when trying to activate it, I always receive an error that says my “Activation code is not suitable for this application.”

I tried to contact Kaspersky Lab Technical Support but up to this time, I don’t receive any feedback yet.

Yesterday, I uninstalled Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery due to compatibility issue with other program. And this is not easy since Windows is not allowing me to uninstall it. When I try to re-install Symantec BESR, and finished all the installation and copying setup, I restarted my computer. When it opens, I was in the continuation of the installation setup window, I received an error. I posted the screenshot of the error I am receiving. Please kindly help me in resolving this issue.
