I am working in a legal firm. It happened one time that there is this specific word document that was sent to all of us and unfortunately, it was infected by what they call 'CAP macro virus'. What are these CAP macro virus? and how do we deal with them?

I know that spywares are typically installed in personal computers. I am just curious, what do you call the spywares that are installed on a shared or public computer? In cases where computers are corporate or public,Is it more convenient than installing spywares from PC one by one?

Today morning my antivirus gave a notification to me you have the malwarebyte and the name of the malware is 'windows 32"

Can you tell me about the malware and how to delete it?

I allowed my 5 years old to play a game on my computer and when he was finished, this was on the screen. He said he tried to close it but it just kept popping up again and again. I'm pretty sure I have a virus now because it takes over when I try to do anything. I have school work that I hadn't saved anywhere else.

Can I just go back to the latest restore point to get rid of the virus?

I am using Avast version 6,but I really doubt if its working because, I have noticed most of my files are changing to .exe format and can not be opened even after I try to repair them. My worry is this a virus or what could be the problem and how do I go round it?

I worked as a data entry operator. Since I don’t have a PC at home so I work at a internet cafe.

As you all know that you should perform as quickly as possible to make more money on data entry job.

On the PC on which I work at internet cafe there is some antivirus kaspersky installed. There is a cloud showing and disappearing on Kaspersky antivirus icon which make the PC slow and I am not enter to data fast.

Is there any way to get rid of this cloud?

After a malware infection all the icons in the Start Menu (desktop, start menu, taskbar, user files) are missing.

I can not see programs on the Start button. I managed to restore user files and desktop, but not the Start Menu and the taskbar.

Do you have any idea how to unhide those icons?

Or is it a lost cause? Should reinstall the operating system?

Here is how the Start Menu looks like. I need a solution ASAP.

Every time when I plug in my pen drive four shortcut files present in the removable disk.

I can delete the files temporarily. But I can't delete these files permanently from the device.

When I delete the files, these files deleted for only few seconds. After a few seconds the files reappeared in the disk.

How can I delete the shortcut files permanently.
