My free Anti-Virus which is Norton Internet Security trial version is about to expire in ten days. What should I do in order to continue or extend it without paying for subscription?

I have McAfee virus scanner. I have installed it after installing the Microsoft Outlook.

That configured virus scanner for the emails. But I don’t know how to set it up to scan all the files.

It has the following configuration screen where I can select .zip files.

How to enable all files?

My pc was once a victim of a fake system error scanner.

That was a virus so I scanned my HD with antivirus.

After scanning, my desktop was still disabled.

I can’t put shortcuts on it.

How can I fix this?

While configuring Sophos remote management system and add and remove some users remotely, I am facing a problem while system is getting updated, an error message has came.

Sophos AutoUpdate

Error 3057: There was an unexpected error while attempting to create, repair or delete user account. Contact your support personnel.

Now, can any body please help me so that I can get rid of this problem and administrate the system accordingly?

My kid brother used my PC this morning to surf the net, and played some games, after an hour or so, he shut off the computer, now when it’s my turn on using the PC, this pops up at start-up (as shown in the photo).

Is this a virus, a malware or both?

How can I remove it?

I don't know why this Avast licensing alert keeps appearing every time I open my desktop computer.

My Avast Antivirus is not a free version. I purchased them with a valid key. I can still remember I once updated this software.

Later on, this message keeps popping out. I want to remove this.

I have a little bit of  problem i hope one of you can help me solved this problem because as i opened the MS Outlook 2007 this morning and checked for my mails.

I got this error from avast! plugin saying:

Error

avast! Cannot scan the message body,

Error code is 80004005.

Unspecified error

Any suggestions guys for this issue?

It just started this yesterday after 2 years of service. I'm running win XP Pro, McAfee Security scan Plus. I first tried system restore. Didn't work. Then in safe mode ran MalwareBytes. Removed 5 bugs.

I didn't mention that it doesn't reboot in safe mode. I've run chkdsk /r and found no errors.

The CPU doesn't seem to be putting out excessive heat. Since it runs fine in safe mode, does it sound like a bug or?

I recently received an email with an attachment, and it was not in the junk mail or notified as a spam. But whenever I tried to open the attachment, my computer got stuck and also the system did not support the way of rebooting in the proper way, which caused me to switch off the computer to restart. Why does this happen? The virus guard is also enable and up to date and does not show any significant active threats. What should I do to view the attachment?

I'm trying to install the latest version of Norton Antivirus 2011 in my computer, and before this, I was using 2010 version.

When the installation started, the program said that you have to uninstall the previous version before proceeding.

When I selected to uninstall the previous version, an error message appeared.
