Recently, I think my computer was infected by a virus called MS removal tool.What it does is it runs like it's looking for spyware/malware/virus and comes up shows that it has found a ton of them. When you ask to remove it, it charges you 49.99 (regulars) and 69.99 (premiums) for the software. I cannot scan the computer (I have Symantec Norton)and 80% of the programs doesn't work anymore. Please if you have a solution, tell me how to remove it?

I badly need help regarding this "YourGame" thingy which always appears in my desktop every time I turn on my computer even though I deleted it before when I turn it off. I think it's a bug or something like that. Does anyone know how to "eradicate" this "YourGame" without formatting my computer?

I have set my McAfee security to be automatically launched at my start up but I get this error message every time I turn on my computer.

My client has installed a hardware solution firewall – NETASQ U250. Since then, he has problems with using Silverstripe CMS.
My first brief investigation indicate:

    No problems on some computers
    On other computers, after logging in and expanding blog-holder in site tree, page doesn't show up
    The revolving icon showing loading of blog entry keeps on animating
    No content is shown.
    Computers have the same rights in firewall
    Both are standard user accounts.

I encountered a problem that when I begin downloading video converters and media players without noticing it my computer suddenly hang up.

Most of the time I have to download those files. Whenever I tried to do this my system suddenly stops working. Abruptly all other running applications get close and I am unable to retrieve unsaved files.

I have already consulted many PC experts about this problem but unable to get rid of this problem.

Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this problem?

I have McAfee now and planning to go for Sophos. Why should I change or should not change?

I want to change because I need to renew my license and I can try a new product.

But if you experts suggest which is best, it can be helpful.

I have had a Symantec Antivirus for Mac version 10.2 for years already and never had a problem at all. When I run LiveUpdate I get an error message "Updating error: There was an error performing the update." Any suggestions for this kind of issue?

On initiating updates, I now simply get the message Updating error There was an error performing the update. There seems no way to get any further information about what error or why. My subscription still has 6-8 months to run.

Today I downloaded the Antivirus Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0.

After I installed the Antivirus it prompted me to restart my computer, so I did then after the windows startup and all that I tried running the program.
