I have installed 360 Internet Security on my desktop PC. I ran a virus scan last night and it found some. I deleted those infected items and it said that they were backed up to quarantine. Actually, it deleted one of my favorite application's .exe file and I want to restore that. Where is the quarantine on 360 Internet Security?

I noticed earlier today that my laptop kept on getting very hot when I played games. Previously, it could handle most high-end games with ease unlike many similar laptops. I have checked the task manager and found out that there are some ‘COM surrogate’ processes that are running, and consuming a high bandwidth. Whenever I restart the PC, the processes stop for a while only to appear and continue business as usual. Googling hasn’t helped me either. Anyone who knows about this? I need help

Initially, I thought autorun.inf was not a virus until recently when my AVG antivirus refused to scan it. I have tried other multiple anti-malware programs and none seems to be working. I have ejected the drive well and none of my files has been affected. Does anyone know more about this autorun.inf file? Can it affect my files when I move them to a USB? If it is not usually a virus, can one disguise itself as an autorun.inf?

My PC is running really slow. I want to format some disk drives. Actually, one of my drives has many files and folders and the drive is infected as warned by my Anti-Virus. I think that I should format the drive but will this remove the viruses which have settled inside the drive?

I know that viruses can play best roles to damage software of any digital system but I'm not sure whether they really damage hardware or not. Have any viruses been detected which are said to have damaged the entire system? What should be done to bid farewell to this kind of vulnerabilities?

After a successful scanning, my AVG antivirus indicated that I should restart the PC and I did it. I understand that the PC is supposed to open with all applications but most of my applications were missing after the restart. I do not know what is causing this. Is it the Antivirus or I could be having another problem? I am not running low on disk space so they have not been eliminated because of space. Help me counter this issue.
