I have this weird error. I have the original key for Kaspersky Antivirus and it says that is from another application. What should I do to activate Kaspersky ? What is happening with my Kaspersky ? Should I be worried about ?

During the scan of my PC with Avira antivirus this error appeared. After I clicked the OK button the program closed and I had to restart my PC to open it again. It appears every time when I want to scan my PC. Can anyone help me please to make a complete scan of my PC ? What could be the problem ?

I just installed an Antimalware on my PC and this error appeared when I tried to open the program and after I pressed OK my PC rebooted. The installer was downloaded from a trusted source and is compatible with my Windows XP. How can I solve this ? Why this Antimalware is now working ?
