When I try to update Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security I have this message and I don’t know why it doesn’t connect to the server. My Internet connection is OK and this is not the program that I try to update. Does anyone have a solution for this ? How can I solve this ?

Since I have installed Micro Trend I am unable to make any updates and upgrades. I didn’t find any solution for this error and I don’t think I will so is there anyone who might help me please with this ? What is the problem that is causing this ?

During the install of Kaspersky Security 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange Servers this error appears and if I click Retry the error appears again and also if I try to Ignore it the error reappears. The installer is downloaded from a trusted source and it should work. Does anyone have a solution for this error ? How can I solve this ?
