After restarting Windows the "umbrella is closed" – the AntiVir Guard and the Firewall don't work. After pressing the "start service" button next to Firewall I get a message that it can't be started. I tried many times to resolve this matter but I can’t fix this issue. How can I resolve this issue? Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks.

Avira Vs. Dofus strangely enough when I was trying to download Dofus setup Avira said it was malware as you can see in screen below. I am unable to fix this problem as I could not find resolution. I am not able to access the internet after installing Avast Free Antivirus. I have tried all browsers installed on my computer (Chrome, IE and Mozilla). All web pages reply with “cannot access the internet”. When I disable the antivirus I can connect to the internet but this is not a solution because the idea is to secure my online environment. What should I do? What is causing such an error and what other free antivirus software are available?
