Symantec PCAnywhere keeps on popping up an error that basically does not have any message on it! I figured out that this problem is caused by some problem in connecting to server. I am using Windows XP professional. How do I start to troubleshoot the server connection problem? Does anyone have any other reason why this error is showing up?

A few days ago, I have encountered a problem. Don't remember exactly what I was doing, but my laptop just went into the bluescreen of death as I have found out it is called. I just turned it on again, but after a while, the screen came back. This is the first time I have faced this issue, and I have absolutely no idea why this is happening. The laptop is an Acer and it has all driver up to date and everything. Can you please explain to me what is the bluescreen and how to get rid of it? Any method or help would be appreciated.

Since I was no longer using an antivirus, I thought it might be time to protect my computer a bit, now that I have a lot of important files and I can not afford to lose them or get them infected/damaged. And I wanted to know a little more about the new trial version of Kaspersky Home antivirus. Is it such a good antivirus, because some people were very happy with it, while others recommended other antivirus software. What do you guys think? Should I give it a try?

I have two computers now. Both are running Windows 7 Ultimate on 64 bit.
I thought I should try a different antivirus software and I have installed Bit Defender Total Security.
The installation was successful and yet I have no gadget installed.
I know that other software, like AVG, have one.
And I've read online that Bit Defender has one too.
But where can I find it?
Can you help me find or activate somehow the Bit Defender gadget for Windows 7 Ultimate?
It would be of use to me.
Any help would be appreciated.

I borrowed my laptop to a friend for a couple of days, and when I got it back today I noticed I have a software called Windows
Active Guard.
I asked him, and he has no idea how that program got in the computer.
I did a bit of research, and I have read that this is some kind of virus or malware.
The problem is, I can not uninstall it.
Can you help me, and explain to me how to remove Windows Active Guard from my PC?
Any help would be appreciated.
