Hope all of you are well. Here,I am to share a problem with you.

For the last few days I am having a critical problem with my ‘Quick Heal Total Security’.

As I try to run it I get an error message which says,

Some of the DLL files are missing. Could not load Quick Heal Total Security Virus Protection

I already copied the entire content of the folder. Nevertheless, I failed to start “Quick Heal”.

Do you have any idea?

Please help.

While I tried to uninstall/remove ‘Symantec Antivirus’ from my add or remove programs of my computer, I failed to remove the program completely. While doing so the Error 2318 appeared.

Use of ‘ccleaner’ too failed to help me in this purpose. Although the logs shows that there a series of files are removed.

I can’t guess what I should do to remove the said program.

Please help.

I have a problem with my Tokyo desktop pc. This happened after I downloaded the update for my Trend Micro antivirus. At first it basically slowed down, like crawling when I download an email, and then it just hanged and wouldn’t work. Has anybody else experienced this same problem? Or is it just my computer issue?
