While opening my netbeans 6.9 version java programming language software there is a problem occurred that my Norton antivirus is not allowing the launching of the application. I was installing VIPRE Internet Security 2012 Home when the process was interrupted by this error alert:

The procedure entry point decode pointer could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll. I hope someone out there knows how to fix it.

I have used Bitdefender Total Security 2009 for many years.

Lately, I have decided to upgrade to Total Security 2011 but this error is preventing me to do so:

I am having trouble installing F-Secure Internet Security 2012. I ran the setup program of IS 2012, but the following error message appears:

I'm not sure what happened, but my computer is connected to the internet when the error occurred. I would appreciate to resolve this issue.
