Hello guys,

I got an update of Symantec Antivirus, it is version 8.0. I want to install it on my computer as the anti-virus server. While trying to install it, the Install procedure gives me the following message:

The feature that you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

It then says that I can choose a different path, etc. More important is that, when I hit cancel (which, in the end, is all I can do because I have exhausted all other options) I saw this error message:

Error 1714. The older version of Symantec anti-virus cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.

I want to get rid of this issue. So help needed.

Installed Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware but it will not run. Also tried renaming file & won't run. Here is a picture of my desktop with the error message I receive:

“The application or DLL globalroot/systemroot/system32/UACrnkplkrdllrdsgooo.dll is not valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

OK”

You know that Kaspersky is so popular antivirus and we also know that Kaspersky internet security slow our computer and Norton security also popular antivirus but this update file is so big.

But My Question is what kind of antivirus gives better performance don't slow our computer and his update file is not big?

I have been using webroot internet security 2012 and it was working perfectly but now when I am trying to uninstall it, I am getting an error and it won't uninstall. The screenshot of the error is attached below:

The message states:

Error FZLCOO56: Invalid or Unknown Key Code.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I am experiencing a problem in running on Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security. The problem is that I’ve got multiple accounts registered under this product, and on one of my computers I uninstalled it but trend micro did not register that.

Now they are of the view that I should remove my accounts by providing my email address first. I have done so, but they are not recognizing my address. The screenshot of the error is attached below:

I am using OS windows XP with sp3. I recently bought an internet security 2012 and upgraded It to premium 2012.

It was upgraded successfully but after this the firewall could not be started.

To sort out this issue, I tried to delete everything using the registry cleaner provided by avira but still I failed.

Recently I bought a new subscription license for kaspersky antivirus 2012 but as soon as I activated my new subscription license, I was met with an error on the screen.

The error states:

Do you really want to delete the active license?

Computer protection will be disabled.

To get rid of this error, I tried to delete the active license but still the same error keeps on popping up on my screen.

If anyone can please shed some light on this issue, I'll be really obliged.
