I am trying to connect to vCenter or connect directly with vSphere client but it is not possible after restart of the ESX.

The problem disappears after a few minutes and vSphere encountered this following error message.

Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation.

I got an errorr 32110 on Windows 2012 machine when installing vCentre 5.1.0 while selecting the supplied SQL Server Express edition for database. How can I resolve this error message? Is there any cause of this error? Any help would be appreciated.
