Hello Guys,

I changed my OS from Windows XP to Windows 7 and now that I want to install my Logitech C300 Webcam into windows 7, it keeps telling me that the program is blocked due to compatibility issues.

I checked online and follow the solutions that the logitech recommends but it did not work. Do I have to buy a new webcam? Does anyone know how solve this problem? Your comments and suggestions are very much appreciated.

Here is what happened every time I try to install Logitech webcam:

My A4tech webcam display is all black. The lens covering is already down. Is my webcam failing on me?

I don’t understand since I have just used this webcam a few hours ago and it’s been working perfectly.

Now, when I try to take a picture all it shows is a black window nothing else.

Is it a loose connection or maybe some virus disrupting the display?

I have tried to scan my files for viruses (I have Norton), but it comes clean. Is there a way to fix it?

I have already restarted my CPU many times hoping it will fix it, but still it remains.

It is very interesting to use web cam . And also is very important for us to communicating 

each one another. Now days I am faching a large problem , my web cam  not 

running well . Sometimes it fail its original colour and good effect. Sometimes

it make darkness then I could not see anything . Which kind of problem is it ?

Last week I bought a new webcam and really excited to try the cam I ordered from eBay, unfortunately when I try to plug it in, it is not working on my windows 7 company. I tried to bring my webcam to my friends computer which use Windows XP and it worked without problem, we thought it was because of the webcam drivers. Anyone can help where I can get a driver for my web cam?

I've recently bought and installed a USB webcam with built-in microphone – A4tech PK-635K.  I am also using a jack-type A4tech headphone with MIC along with various software that require the use of such device. 

My problem is that some of the applications that I use do not have settings that I can configure, especially with the microphone. 

Every time I start my PC, I get an error message that pops up and says "Webcam has either disabled or failed. Please check your webcam settings." I don't know when or how my webcam stopped working. The camera is through ArcSoft and is built into my Toshiba laptop. Can you help me fix this?

They were discussing a certain topic that attracts me to listen. Is it possible to convert you phone's camera into a webcam?

I don't want to think that he's wrong, but I need an expert to answer this.

If this is possible it could help me save money then how will I make it?

I recently  bought a logitech HD c310 webcam & installed the driver properly, but when I tried to use it in skype, it turned green and discolored  like an error screen. Please explain what should I do. Here is a picture of what it looks like.

Hi,I am using dell inspiron 1545 with windows 7. My problem is when i connect my webcam, my friend in US can not see or hear me but i can see him. I have been trying to look for the solution since 5 hours but yet not have found what could be the problem ? and  i use skype to chat with him. Can somebody help me to find the solution for this.
