I am having HP Envy DV7 with Windows 8 pre-installed in it.

I have recently bought an HP TrueVision webcam but I couldn’t activate the webcam. I would like to do video chat using Skype, but as my webcam is not activated, it is not even shown that in the Skype as well.

Can somebody help me how I can activate the webcam? Any help around this will be really appreciated. Thanks so much in advance.

I have bought new Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 and using it with my PC having Windows 8 OS. The picture quality is perfect, but I am facing one problem with the Google hang out. The issue is that the setting of this webcam is being reset (to high volume) automatically, even after I manually set it to low. With this problem, whenever I start talking in Google hangout, the voice is blowing out with high volume and then it is being set to normal by itself. Can somebody please throw some light on my problem.

After installing my webcam and try to run it this error with DLL appeared. I have reinstalled the program several times and again this error. Anyone have any idea what is with this error? How can I solve it and why it doesn’t work after I did everything that the error says?

Neither the Webcam Central nor the webcam itself would operate. I have decided to reinstall the application but did not happen anything. I extremely need your help. Thanks.
