I am an electronics student. I want to start learning web designing from scratch. Which are the basic web design courses I need to start learning?

Many people argue about the fps and resolution and at times, I have found myself entangled in this battle. For example, in a recent argument, we had to choose between 720p @ 60fps and 1080p@ 30fps. I went for the former since I am more into fps. What could be your choice? What is the main drive to that choice? Is there any other information that I need to know when making the choice?

From time to time, we find ourselves loading a long webpage and at the same time, we want to screenshoot it. It is difficult to screenshot since it is a large page and need to screenshot multiple times and later merge them to one single image.

So, is there a special web browser or a toola that allows to screen shot a single long webpage into a image file and have the option to control the quality of the image?

I often use images in my personal business and I look for general items such as food, coffee, etc.  Sometimes I take photos myself and other times I look for images.  I notice some state you cannot use them unless you have permission, but others I do not notice.  Does anyone know the rights around photos if they do not make this statement?  Thank you.

I have an internet connection of 2 MB/S. When I try to play (any) video on YouTube using the app on the tablet, it plays for some time and then hangs. I think my speed is not that bad so how else can I make videos to run smoothly?

What's a Blingee, can I use it to create moving pictures in a GIF? I was wondering what other artistic things there are like that out there? Also how big are the animated GIF files it creates?

I had a Firefox adobe flash crash and wondered why this happened. Since updating to the latest version of adobe flash player I haven't had any crashes anymore, but wondered, don't they test each version before it's released? I don't like it when things crash.
