My computer is on some blacklist. When I try to access the internet the following message “does IP address comply with reverse hostname naming convention” is displayed. Did the firewall or DNS Setup has some problem. Or is it something with the ISP.

I put my computer in a sleep or hibernate mode with internet connection for most of the time so that I don’t miss important software updates from the internet  like antivirus update, but it has not been working out because I don’t get the updates when I put it back on. Does it mean that when a computer is in a sleep mode, it loses its connection to the internet and is there a way in which a computer can be hibernated without losing internet connections?

I am using Windows 7 in my laptop. I am using also yahoo mail with this. I didn’t have any problems when I am using Windows XP. I just upgraded my operating system few days ago. This is the first time I received this message. It showed error “800ccc0f.” Can you tell me what is the meaning of this? What could be the possible cause of this problem? I been having issues with this laptop and I can’t seem to resolve this issue. I just recently downloaded a software from a website and later that it keeps on having slow internet connections speed. I tried to restart my router and laptop but still the same. What could be causing this issue? Can you provide me resolution for this and to prevent it from happening again?
