I own a Gateway NE56R41u laptop with Windows 8 OS. It was fine but after I gave it out to a friend, it has started giving me a lot of problems. Although it boots up quickly, it will freeze once you try to do anything on the desktop. I am then forced to restart it every time. I have repeatedly tried to reset its factory settings but I cannot. How can I go about this situation?

My computer is losing its functionality at an alarming rate. Well, my computer is not old yet some parts just stop working suddenly. A few days ago, the Windows button stopped and just the other day, I could not open pearls. Two days later, I could not access PC settings. When I open cmd as admin, I am not given access to UAC since it regards me as a normal user. I have Norton antivirus that is paid and a Windows 8 OS that I bought. At present, I cannot uninstall any app from my computer. What is wrong with it? Could this be a problem with Windows or Norton? Assuming it is a virus, is there a way to get rid of it and save my files? 

Why is my computer so slow all of a sudden. Before everything was opened quickly and the computer starts up quickly. But now even if I click on the start menu it take a lot of time to open it and also it take time to refresh the system. It was in my normal use, but all of a sudden this happen. Please help me to get rid of this problem.

I own a Toshiba satellite C55-A5310 PC and it just happens to drop the WiFi connection at will. I am not sure what caused the problem but as far as I can remember, I updated some files a couple of days ago. I tried updating again to counter the problem but nothing is working so far. I am running Windows 8 on my HP Pavilion G6 laptop and something weird keeps on happening with the applications. Anytime I open an app, it only opens for like 3 seconds and then closes. This process has gone on for quite some time to the extent that I cannot use almost all apps. How do I correct this problem? I have tried restarting the computer but it has not yielded success.
